Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Cam Replacement Scheme ("Scheme"). By enrolling in the Scheme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

This Scheme is available to users who are currently in possession of cams identified or labelled as Cam 1, and who have received direct notification from Renthal regarding eligibility for the replacement.

2. Immediate Cessation of Use

Upon enrolment in this Scheme, the user agrees to immediately stop using any and all cams labelled as "Cam 1". Continued use of Cam 1 beyond the date of enrolment is strictly prohibited and may pose safety risks.

Failure to comply with this condition will result in immediate disqualification from the Scheme and may void any warranties, support, or liability coverage previously provided by Renthal.

3. Replacement Process

  • Users enrolled in the Scheme will receive a Cam 1A unit free of charge.
  • No return of the original Cam 1 is required.
  • Users must follow the official online instructions provided by Renthal to safely and correctly install the replacement Cam 1A.

4. User Responsibility

Participants in the Scheme are responsible for:

  • Ceasing use of Cam 1 immediately.
  • Installing Cam 1A according to the provided instructions.
  • Ensuring Cam 1 is not used, resold, or distributed following receipt of Cam 1A.
  • Providing accurate contact and shipping information for delivery of the replacement unit.

5. Limitation of Liability

Renthal will not be liable for any damage, injury, or loss arising from the continued use of Cam 1 after the user has been instructed to cease use. Participation in the Scheme does not create any further warranty or liability beyond the terms set herein.

6. Modifications

Renthal reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Scheme following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
