Twinring-Steel Rear Sprockets

Renthal Twinring benefit from over 50 years of motocross rear sprocket manufacturing expertise and the help of our top Off-Road and Enduro factory race teams, Renthal has developed the ultimate dirt bike rear sprocket for those looking to ride more and work less.

The unique, dual-material design combines a hardened steel outer chain ring that is heated to 200°C before being perminantly fitted to our Ultralight aluminum inner, creating a permanent bond for the life of the sprocket. The result is a lightweight, long-wearing rear sprocket fit to tackle any condition you can find, without adding unnecessary unsprung weight and compromising power delivery.

  • Inner Ring

The inner ring of the unique Renthal® Twinring® is engineered from Ultralight 7075 T6 Aluminium. This keeps the weight of the Twinring® to a minimum.

  • Outer Ring

Renthal® Twinring® feature a Electroless Nickel Plated steel. This ensures an ultra long service life of the chainwheel, providing you with maximum power transfer for longer than ever.

  • CNC Machined

Each Twinring® that leaves Renthal's engineering facilities in the UK is individually CNC machined to the tightest possible tolerances, ensuring an accurate and reliable fit.

  • Construction

The Outer ring is expanded to 200°c to be fitted to the inner ring. Cooling creates a permanent bond. Flat socket set screws prevent lateral movement between the rings in high velocity impacts.

  • Mud Grooves

Twinring® feature Renthal's self cleaning mud groove technology between each tooth. This prevents mud build up that traditionally leads to quicker wearing components.

  • Colours

Twinring® is available in 6 colours to help you personalise your setup.

The available colours are: black, blue, red, green, orange and tanium.

The anodised surface finish provides an integral coating preventing corrosion. A 15 step process is carefully carried out on each chainwheel individually.
