Revo-TRC Trail Clip Pedals

The all-new Revo-TRC is a lightweight, medium size body clip pedal, aimed squarely at trail and enduro MTB riders, BMX racers and the gravel riding crew.

A forged and CNC machined body, lightweight cromoly axle bring the weight down to 394g, whilst triple cartridge bearings and the sealed axle system boost durability.

The proprietary Renthal binding features easy entry geometry, a huge range of spring tension adjustment and is fully SPD compatible.

Whether riding, or racing, the Revo-TRC is the lightweight, versatile, pedal of choice.

  • Lightweight

The main body of the Revo-TRC is made from forged, 6061 aluminium. The pedal is then fully CNC machined, to remove as much material as possible. Internally, a short, cromoly axle, with an inboard hollow cut-out further reduces the overall weight to just 394g.

  • Proprietary Binding

The Renthal developed binding uses easy entry geometry. This allows the rear jaw to move down and away from the cleat, on engagement. The effect is a reduction in force required to engage the cleat, for a given spring tension. The bindings feature independent adjustment, with a huge range of spring tension, to suit any rider preference. Renthal bindings ae fully SPD compatible.

  • Axle System

The patent pending axle system, featured in the Revo-TRC allows full home servicing, using standard tools, found in anyone's toolkit. All is required is a 6mm and 8mm hex-key, a standard 8mm socket, a torque wrench and a mallet. The unique system uses the axle to both remove and re-install the bushing. The bearings are also pressed into place, using the pedal internals.

  • Durable Internals

The Revo-TRC spins on an inboard Igus bush, which is sealed against the elements with a full-contact wiper seal. Centrally mounted, there are three cartridge bearings, directly in-line with pedalling forces, to massively increase durability. An end-cap with O-ring completes the sealed package.

    End of Life
Renthal Revo-TRC Pedals are made from a variety of materials, most of which are recyclable.

Pedal body and end cap are made of aluminium. The axles, pins, retaining clip bearing and retaining nut are all steel.

Both aluminium and steel are easily recyclable at metal recycling centres, often found or collected at municipal waste and recycling facilities.

The Igus is made from polymer and currently not recyclable.

The seals are nitrile rubber which is not currently recyclable.
