Useful Renthal Revo-F Links

  • RIDE-TUNED

Fully concave platform, in two axis, to give the highest level of support and control. The deep concave profile is achieved whilst retaining a thin outer depth of just 18mm.

Asymmetric pin positioning and an increased width axle makes the full platform and all ten pins usable, for all shoe sizes.

  • TUNEABLE GRIP

Revo-F pedals come factory fitted with ten 5.5mm height pins per side. Supplied with the pedals are a further forty pins and forty washers. Using a combination of these, the pin height can be adjusted from 5.5mm to either 4.5mm, 3.5mm or 2.5mm, making them on of the most tuneable pedals available.

  • UNIQUE AXLE SYSTEM

The patent-pending axle system, featured in the Revo-F allows for full home servicing, using standard tools found in anyone's toolkit.

The unique system uses the axle to both remove and re-install the bushing. The bearings are also pressed into place, using the pedal internals. Check out the technical articles for more info.

  • DURABLE INTERNALS

Inboard, the Revo-F spins on an extra-wide Igus bush, sealed with a full-contact wiper seal. Outboard there are three cartridge bearings. Two smaller bearings and a larger bearing in the outer most location, sealed with an end-cap O-ring.

The full length axle adds to the durability. Mounting the bearing at the outer edge of the pedal gives them the best support, to protect them from damage in a rock-strike incident.

  • FORGED AND CNC

The main body of the Revo-F is made from forged 6061 aluminium. The pedal is then fully CNC machined, to remove as much material as possible. To improve rock strike performance, the front face of the pedal has been kept smooth, without any cut-outs. This allows the pedal to slide over rocks, rather than grabbing at them.

Internally, the pedal body spins smoothly around a high-grade, forged, machined and precision-ground chromoly axle.

    End of Life
Renthal Revo-F Pedals are made from a variety of materials, most of which are recyclable.

Pedal body and end cap are made of aluminium. The axles, pins, retaining clip bearing and retaining nut are all steel.

Both aluminium and steel are easily recyclable at metal recycling centres, often found or collected at municipal waste and recycling facilities.

The Igus is made from polymer and currently not recyclable.

The seals are nitrile rubber which is not currently recyclable.
