Sharing the same silhouette as our proven Revo-F, the Revo-DHC gives the same support, feedback and control of a flat pedal, whilst having the extra security and pedalling efficiency of a clip pedal. Adjustable pin height, from 1.5mm all the way up to 5.5mm, in 1mm increments, ensures the widest range of shoe compatibility.

The Renthal developed binding uses easy entry geometry. This allows the rear jaw to move down and away from the cleat, on engagement. The effect is a reduction in force required to engage the cleat, for a given spring tension. The bindings feature independent adjustment, with a huge range of spring tension, to suit any rider preference. Renthal bindings are fully SPD compatible.

The patent pending axle system featured in the Revo-DHC allows full home servicing, using standard tools, found in anyone's toolkit. All that is required is a 6mm and 8mm hex-key, a standard 8mm socket, a torque wrench and a mallet. The unique system uses the axle to both remove and re-install the bushing. The bearings are also pressed into place, using the pedal internals.

Inboard, the Revo-DHC spins on an extra-wide Igus bush, sealed with a full-contact wiper seal. Outboard there are three cartridge bearings. Two smaller bearings and a larger bearing in the outer most location, sealed with an end-cap O-ring. Adding to the durability of the bearings is the full length axle. Mounting the bearing at the outer edge of the pedal gives them the best support, to protect them from damage in a rock-strike incident.

The main body of the Revo-DHC is made from forged, 6061 aluminium. The pedal is then fully CNC machined, to remove as much material as possible. To improve rock strike performance, the front face of the pedal has been kept smooth, without any cut-outs. This allows the pedal to slide over rocks, rather than grabbing at them.
