FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
How to fit Renthal® 7/8th inch Handlebars
Fitting a set of Renthal® 7/8in Handlebars is a relatively simple task. Before starting this installation ensure the throttle, brake, clutch and any switches are removed. The Renthal® Twinwall® install video below will give you a good understanding of fitting handlebars, although the mounting diameter is larger on the Twinwall® (1-1/8in vs 7/8" or 28.6mm vs 22.2mm) the task of installing handlebars is the same. You just need to be concious of the difference in mounting diameter.

- Do not use this product following a crash, or if the product is damaged or marked in any way
- Width reduction should be carried out by a qualified mechanic
- If the handlebar is damaged, it should be replaced. Visit www.renthalcycling.com for more information
- All sharp edges must be removed from the stem where it contacts the handlebar
- Do not use handlebar extensions
- Do not exceed 5Nm torque for stem and all controls
- Do not exceed 3Nm for hinged clamp brake levers
- Please retain packaging for future reference
- Failure to comply with the warnings and installation instructions can result in complete product failure.
